Part D: one page, from a copy

You try out TeX on a real page without touching the shared manuscript.

Principles in play: Control transitions.TRACEControl transitions

Needs: a TeX installation.

What you do

1. Say to your agent

Copy the LaTeX starter into my sandbox, put one sentence from the shared note into the copy, build it, and open the page.

2. Open paper/ in the Explorer. The starter there is unchanged: a draft reaches paper/ by promotion, as at minutes 30 to 45.

Ask your agent

• Where is the page I built, and what changed under paper/?

What you can say now

The page was built from a copy, and nothing under paper/ changed: that is C, control transitions, with the boundary into the shared manuscript kept.
